The surroundings and the hotel is quiet even it is in the heart of the city. If not for the breakfast which is up to 10:00 am, we can sleep without interruption and noise outside and inside the hotel. The room was cleaned daily including replacement of sheets, etc except for the tv which we have to ask the floor rep to activate it for us. The location is only a walking distance to Aldevinco and accessible to most shopping malls.

Humberto's Hotel staff especially the front desk staff named Jen, she has pretty smile, warm reception - that a we as Guests feel at home - and truly all the staff were very very kind and accommodating in every thing you asked them. My group will surely be back to stay at Humberto's Hotel again.

There is only one thing that I did not find in the refrigerator, at least 4 cans or bottles of "beer". Will this be also included in the refrigerator in future when will be back to stay at Humberto's Hotel?

Humberto's hotel is a nice cozy place. Simple and clean. Located in a quiet area but close to where you want to go in the city. Jeepney stop is just a block away and cabs are always passing by. I was surprised I didn't know that buffet breakfast was included. Food is good to almost great for a breakfast. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the city.

The hotel in Davao that I prefer. the rooms are spacious and equipped with climate control and a flat-screen TV. - the beds are exceptionally comfortable. - It's conveniently located near sa Roxas Night Market, fast food chains, and downtown restaurants. - Eagles Bar nearby is a fantastic spot to relax.

I had a pleasant stay at Oyo 414 Humberto's Hotel. The location was convenient, with a night market and restaurant nearby. The staff were kind and accommodating, ensuring that I had a comfortable stay. I was also pleased that they took note of my request for a queen bed and made arrangements for me. I would recommend this hotel.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The other guests in the neighboring room were noisy, which could be heard in my room.
